Obituary
Francisco "Frank" Villegas, 61, passed away on August 22, 2016. He was born in Corpus Christi, TX on April 15, 1955. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He served his country proudly in the U.S. Army.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jose and Maria Villegas. He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Theresa Nava Villegas; sons, Francisco Villegas, Jr., and Adam Villegas (Amber); brothers and sisters, Joe Luis Villegas (Estella), Yolanda Canales (Osvaldo), Ruben Villegas (Lydia), Elida Herrera (David), Minerva Herrera, Johnny Villegas (Rosie), Nancy Everett (Olivero), and Salvador Villegas (Patty); granddaughters, Addison Paige Villegas, and Aniyah Rae Villegas.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 31, 2016 beginning at 4:00 p.m., with a service to be held at 7:00 p.m. at Guardian Funeral Home. Visitation will continue on Thursday, Sept. 1, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. Interment with military honors will be Thursday, Sept. 1, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery.
