Francisco Ceniceros "El General," age 88 died Thursday, November 27, 2014 from complications of pneumonia. He was born December 3, 1925 in Torreon, Mexico. Survivors include his wife Consuelo of 66 years, eight children, Josefina Garcia, Victor (Adrianna) Ceniceros, Maricela (Humberto) Casas, Adela (Alejandro) Galvan, Myrna Ceniceros, Francisco J. (Sandy) Ceniceros, Iris (Gregg) Fielden, IIeana (Adam) Balle, 29 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
Francisco was a professional guitarist during his youth in Reynosa Mexico. While in Reynosa, he served as the General Secretary of the Association of musicians. Later in life he devoted all of his musical talent to the Glory of God. To honor his walk with God, he recorded three Christian albums, two with Cuarteto Bethel and one with his son in law, Alejandro. His love of music has been inherited by his children and grandchildren.
One of his favorite pass times was visiting friends at Jalisco numero uno on Port. Queremos darle muchisimas gracias a todos los trabajadores del Jalisco. Los queria mucho.
Public visitation will begin at 4:30 p.m. Monday, December 1, 2014 at Guardian funeral home chapel A and Services to celebrate Mr. Francisco Ceniceros life will begin at 6:00 p.m.
