Francisco M. Garza Jr. ( Mr. Frank) born Sept. 8 1949 in Corpus Christi went home to be with the lord on Sun Nov. 8 2015. He proudly served in the U. S. Army reserves in a combat engineer battalion. He was known for being a good jeweler and great salesman. He loved to fish, listen to music and be surrounded by family. He always was ready to laugh and have a good time. Known and respected by many and loved by all and always sharply dressed. He is preceded in death by his parents Francisco A Garza Sr. and Lidia M. Garza also his sister Maria Lydia Benavidez (Garza). He is survived by his wife Amelia Garza. Surviving siblings are Elva G. Stansel, San Juanita M. Garza, Sylvia G. Perales (David),Yolanda G.Guerrero (Antonio), Fernando M. Garza, Federico M. Garza, Ricardo M. Garza (Romelia), Cynthia G. Ayala (Eddie).He is also survived by his three children: son Francisco J. Garza (Chriselle) daughters Liza M. Garza (Ted) ,Lina Monique Garza and several grandchildren, nephews and nieces. Public visitation will begin at 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at Guardian funeral home chapel "A" with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that evening. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at Holy Family Catholic church, 2509 Nogales/MacArthur.
