Frances Garcia, 74, passed away on August 2, 2016. She is preceded in death by her parents, Constantino and Rufino Garcia; and her brother, Tino Garcia. She is survived by her children, Lisa (Dagoberto) Garcia, Luis (Connie) Cadena, Lily Cadena; step-children, Rose (Rudy) Ortiz, Brigette Cadena, Cindy (Allen) Reyes; sisters, Josefa Lopez, Alicia Velasquez, Connie Rios, and Gracie Garcia; brothers, Eddie (Bella) Garcia, and Luis Garcia; 17 grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 5, from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. at Guardian Funeral Home. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, August 6, at 1:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Pillar Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery.
