Obituary
Felix Arthur "Artie" Trevino, 56 was called home on May 7, 2022 surrounded by his close immediate family while in recovery from a surgical procedure performed (2) days prior.
Felix is preceded in death by his parents Francisco M. Trevino and Yolanda S. Trevino, and younger brother Fabian A. Trevino. Born on March 8, 1966,
Felix was survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Esmeralda S. Trevino. 2 children Tracy and Trey Trevino, 2 nephews Fabian and Filip Trevino, that were raised as sons and 3 brothers, Frank (Yvonne) Trevino, Fred (Linda) Trevino, Francis Albert Trevino, who always held a very special place in his heart, and numerous nieces and nephews. A loving "Papa" to 2 grandsons Riley, and Skylar Knight.
Raised on the ABC Streets of C.C. Tx. Felix grew up in the same childhood home until graduating from Moody HS in 1984 where he was known by alumni as "grandpa." He was very witty, intelligent, with an extensive vocabulary, great sense of humor, and was always ready to have a good time. A firm believer of "work hard, play hard" and "you reap what you sew" Felix was a hard worker at many different places, where he "paid the cost to be the boss" and rose to "top dog" position no matter the task. He will be greatly missed by EVERYONE who had the pleasure of meeting and knowing him.
In remembrance of a great man gone too soon, a celebration of Felix's life will be held on Thursday, May 19, 2022 at Guardian funeral home chapel at 6:30 p.m.
