Evangelina Lopez Hudson, 67, of Corpus Christi, Texas left us peacefully on January 12, 2017 with her family at her bedside. She is preceded in death by her parents and two brothers. She leaves behind to cherish her memories, 2 devoted sons: Roberto (Kathy) Perez; and Jimmy (Maria Elena) Hudson, along with 6 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren, 4 sisters: Anita, Elvira, Olivia, and Dolores; 2 brothers: Jesus and Librow; loving friend Mr. Martinez and numerous family members and friends.
Though Mamma Hudson had many accomplishments in life she was best known by her family and friends for her strong stance in life, warm heart and delicious cooking. She will be greatly missed but will live in our hearts forever.
