Evalee Schultz Homan, 94, passed away in Corpus Christi on February 14, 2013 after a brief illness.
A Memorial service for family and friends will be held at Trinity Towers at 4:00 p.m., Saturday, February 16, 2013.
Evalee was born in Norman, Oklahoma on April 24, 1918. She graduated from Oklahoma University with a degree in Mathematics and later from LSU with a degree in Accounting. She worked as a CPA in Baton Rouge for many years before moving with her husband to Italy for seven years. After retirement they moved to Orlando, Florida where she lived until moving to Trinity Towers in Corpus Christi in 2006 where she became very active in the Trinity community.
Evalee is survived by her sons, Edward and his family in Tampa, Florida and Fred and his family in Corpus Christi. She was very proud of the accomplishments of her two sons and their wives and of her five grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.
Evalee was preceded in death by her husband of fifty four years, Edward, Sr., and two of three siblings.
Her younger sister, Ruth Stanley, 93, lives in West Chester, Pa. In Lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to the American Heart Association. 500N. Shoreline 203N, Corpus Christi, Texas 78401.
