Esmeralda Rincon Vargas, 57, went home to be with the Lord on August 10, 2015 surrounded by her loving family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ricardo Vargas in 2001. Esmeralda was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Her unconditional love for her children and grandchildren will always be cherished. She is survived by her children, Maria (Allyn) Wesbrooks, Ricardo (Jessica)Vargas and Nicolas Vargas, four grandchildren, Mariah and Ethan Vargas, Timothy and Benjamin Wesbrooks, one sister Rosamaria(Luis) Sifuentes two brothers, Fernando Rincon and Demetrio(Connie) Rincon, and numerous nieces & nephews. Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. Thursday, August 13, 2015 at Guardian funeral home chapel "A" with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that evening. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 12:00 noon Friday, August 14, 2015 at St. Joseph Catholic Church 710 S. 19th. St. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens cemetery, 8200 Old Brownsville Rd.
