ROCKPORT, TEXAS Eloise Grant Cobb Holtz died in Rockport, TX on May 30, 2015. Eloise was born in Carroll County, MS on August 26, 1927 to W.C. Grant and his wife, Nora Beck Grant. She raised three children and lived much of her life in Fayetteville, NC. Eloise was preceded in death by her parents, sister Kathryn Grant Jones, brothers Jack Grant and Billy Grant, twin baby boys who died at birth, her husband Lt. Col. (ret'd) Oscar Holtz and great granddaughter Sarah Noelle Franklin. Eloise was loved by many people during her time on earth and was always thought of fondly by those around her. Heaven had a party on the day she arrived!
