Elizabeth Rodriguez (56) was called home to our lord and savior on April 16, 2021.

She was a warrior and angel here on earth. She moved to Corpus Christi, TX as a young adult and gladly called it her hometown. Elizabeth was known for her outgoing and friendly personality. She was a friend to many and was a person you can always depend on.

Elizabeth has always been a caregiver. She took care of many children as a ESL teacher and at her last place of employment, and adults with special needs. She loved to listen and dance to music and would sing her heart out while getting dressed in the mornings or when she was cooking.

Elizabeth Rodriguez is survived by her children Andrew Rodriguez (29) and Gabriella Rodriguez (23). Also survived by her mother Estella Ayala (81) and siblings Joel Ayala Jr(59), Hector Ayala(57), Angie Unger (38), Luz Ayala(24), Nicole Ayala(23), Jesus Ayala(18).

She was called home and greeted by her father Joel Ayala Sr (82) and her sister Mary Jessie Ayala (58).

Isaiah 41:10 " Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."

Public visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. Monday, April 26, 2021 at Guardian funeral home chapel with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m.

that evening.  A Funeral Mass will be Celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at Ss. Cyril & Methodius Catholic church on Kostoryz/SPID.

Burial will follow in Memory Gardens cemetery.
