Eliza Blanco,  a cherished soul known for her loving,  compassionate and sincere demeanor passed away on October 24, 2024 at the age of 90. Born September 20, 1934 in Corpus Christi, Texas.  Eliza's life was a testament to the strength and warmth of her spirit.
Eliza is preceded in death by her parents  Severiano and Guadalupe Blanco.  Siblings Augustin Blanco, Maria Estella Cavazos, Victor Blanco (Celia), Jose Gilberto Blanco, Maria Elena Fuentes (Angel) and Ricardo Moses Blanco.
Eliza is survived by her sister Esperanza Blanco and many nieces and nephews and Family that loved her and will miss her dearly.
Eliza was an individual who was devoted to her Family and Faith.  She was always by her Mother's side with love.  She was particularly very close to her sister Esperanza Blanco, they were two peas in a pod that shared everything together.
Eliza loved children and animals especially her dog Cinnamon who she adored.
Eliza's true nature was  compassion and other sincere characteristics.
She displayed artistic skills as well. Her pastimes included sewing, drawing,  coloring and puzzles. Eliza also loved and enjoyed doing her hair and makeup. (She was good at it!)
Those who knew her "Licha" as we called her, will remember her as a Mother figure who would always comfort anyone who came in contact with her. Her actions were driven by her genuine Love always.
Eliza made a positive impact on all of us.

Public visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, October 28, 2024 at Guardian funeral home chapel with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 12:30 p.m.  Burial will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park cemetery.
