Eduardo "Junior" A. Garza Jr. went to be with our Lord and Savior on April 16, 2016. Eduardo A. Garza Jr. was born on November 5, 1935 in Alice, Texas to Eduardo A. Garza Sr. and Sophia Garza. He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers and sisters, Felix Garza, Casimiro Garza, Maria Fernandez, Aurora Gonzalez, Estanisleda "Tonis" Rodriguez, Andrea Jones and Johnny Garza.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Albeza P. Garza, four sons, Rev. Eduardo H. Garcia, Eduardo Garza III, Arnold P. Garza all of Corpus Christi, Tx and Robert Lee Garza of Mathis, Tx. two daughters, Laura (Valentin) Ramirez Jr. and Pricilla (Brian) Cayton from Corpus Christi, Tx. brother, Reynaldo (Katie) Garza, sister Aida (Antonio) Benavides, 12 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews and extended family. Junior will be remembered for his love of hunting doves and coaching the Falcons Pee Wee League.

A Holy Rosary will be recited at Guardian Funeral Home on Thursday April 21, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. the family will start accepting visitors at 5:00 p.m.. A Funeral Mass will be Celebrated at Ss. Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church on Friday April 22, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. with interment to follow at the Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery in Corpus Christi.
