Eddie T. Lopez passed away on December 31, 2023 at the age of 61. Eddie was born in San Antonio, Texas on August 28, 1962 to Ramiro Garza Lopez and Aurora Tellez.

Eddie liked to watch old western movies, playing bingo, listening to the Beatles, loved dancing and he loved to see his favorite family members Maria, Catalina and Juanito. They would brighten up his day every time they would go and visit him.

Eddie is preceded in death by his parents Ramiro Garza Lopez and Aurora Tellez, his brother Ramiro D. Lopez Jr.

Eddie is survived by his sister that he adored Maria(Juan) Lopez, his brothers Enrique Lopez, Eric (Crystal) Moreno and Jeremiah Moreno. His nieces Catalina Hernandez, Dee Andrea Michelle Lopez, Hannah Lopez and Jenna Moreno. His nephews Juanito Hernandez, Ace Lopez, Isiah Moreno, Noah Moreno and Hayden Moreno. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.

Family would like to acknowledge the friends that were like family to him: Tanya Canales, Totsy Carrion, Alex Robles, Crystal Ramirez, and Jack Litterer.

The family would also like to thank the staff at Alameda Oaks Nursing Home and New Century Hospice for their loving care and support they provided to him.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 19th at Guardian Funeral Hom e From 9-10:30am . The Holy Rosary will be recited at Our Lady of Pilar Catholic Church at 11am with the Funeral Mass to follow at 11:30am . Eddie will be laid to rest at Memory Gardens Cemetery at 1pm .
