Douglas Lee Honeycutt was born on January 14, 1930 in Elkhart, TX and went peacefully in his sleep on October 31, 2021.

He was preceded in death by his 2 sons - Douglas W. Honeycutt and Daniel L. Honeycutt.

He is survived by his wife, Jean Jones-Honeycutt; 2 sisters- Doris Dokken of Odem, Tx; Dania West of Big Springs, TX; and his brother Don Honeycutt of Corpus Christi, TX. He leaves behind 3 daughters- Sandra K Ramsey of Edmond, OK; Darla Breeden of Corpus Christi TX; and Donna Martin of House Springs, MO. along with 9 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

He loved music, was an avid hunter, a hard worker, and believed in the value of family. He will be deeply missed and forever in our hearts 💕

Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 5, 2021 at Guardian Funeral Home Chapel A.
