Dominga C. Rivera
Corpus Christi , TX
Dominga C. Rivera, 90, passed away on Sunday, July 21, 2013. She was born on September 10, 1922 in Santa Maria, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Juan C. Rivera.
Many of her friends still remember her for her famous 'pan de polvo' and her wonderful tamales.
As a loving wife, mother, she leaves her special memories to be cherished by her four sons: Fred (Dora), from Universal City, Robert, Armando (Rosa), and Arturo from Corpus Christi, her grand-children, David, Rene, and three great grandchildren, Armando, III, Jack and David.
Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m., Thursday, July 25, 2013 at Guardian funeral home (located at 5922 Crosstown expressway access road between Saratoga & Holly Rd.) Chapel A with a Holy Rosary and Celebration of Dominga's life to begin at 7:00 p.m. Special thanks to Norma, her care provider and Ms. Esther with her wonderful staff at Trisun Care Center.
