Denise Ann Horak Cumberland, 54, passed away April 23, 2019 in her sleep at home in Sinton, Texas.  She was preceded in death by her father Dennis F. Horak and her brother Jimmy L. Horak. She is survived by her husband Jackie Cumberland, Twin sons Paul Vogler (Brandie O'Neal) Dennis F. Vogler, her loving mother Judy A. Boone Horak, two sisters Tammy Gilliland and Cindy Horak, brother Mickey Horak (Valerie Garcia) aunts, uncles, a handful of nephews, nieces, great nieces, one great grandson.  We will all miss our Denise. She is with God now.  Memorial services will be held Saturday, May 4, 2019 at  11:00 a.m. at Guardian funeral home.
