Debra "Debbie" L. McDaniel passed away peacefully at the age of 70 in Corpus Christi, Texas on July 6, 2024. She was born on August 28, 1953 to Betty and Charles Large. She married Randall "Randy" McDaniel on June 1, 1979 in Corpus Christi, Texas and she graduated from Mary Carroll High School class of 1972.

Debbie loved cheering on the Astros and the Texas A & M Aggies, making blankets for her grand babies, attending her kids sporting events, and spending time with her grand babies. Debbie also enjoyed her monthly Bunco nights with her friends for over forty years. She was a mom to many beyond her children and will be remembered by many for her good heart and never ending strength.

Debbie was married to the love of her life Randy for forty five years.  They enjoyed traveling together and visiting National Parks. Their last trip was so she could see the Grand Canyon. She was a friend to many and welcomed everyone.

She is survived by her loving husband Randy McDaniel, son Michael and Samantha Garrison, daughter Laura and Davis Windwehen, grandkids Amber, G abriella, Jose, Melissa, Jocelyn, Romulo, Heather, Noel, Grayson, Cora and Aubree, great grandchild Lucas, mother-in-law Wanda McDaniel, her siblings, Karen, Cheryl, Mark and Dawn and numerous nieces & nephews.

Public Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 11, 2024 at Guardian Funeral Home.
