Debra Ann Coleman was born on January 27, 1962 to Odell Coleman Sr. and Wanda Rae Coleman in Mexia, Texas. She moved to Corpus Christi was she was just three years old. Debra Graduated from West Oso High school. Her favorite things to do were to gamble, play bingo, and be with her family. She is preceded in death by her father Odell Coleman Sr. and her sister Varijo Atkinson. She is survived by her mother Wanda Rae Coleman, her two sons Charles Edward Coleman and Evarsito Coleman, her sisters Kathy Rae Coleman, Sharlet (Donnell) Brown Jr., Brenda Denise Coleman, Letonia (Daniel) Jackson,  her brother Odell Coleman Jr., her grandchildren, Janae, Jordan, Jaden, Isaiah, Ayden, and Jodie Cole. She also leaves behind her significant other Hoyt McBride.
