On March 31st 2022, David Trejo Sr, Husband, father, brother, Uncle, & Friend, passed away, surrounded by family, at the age of 57 years.  David will be forever remembered by his wife Alma Garcia Trejo, his children, David Trejo Jr (Juan Pablo), Margaret Toilolo (Semeli), Stephanie Marie Perez (Mark), Victoria Lee Casas (Fred), Amanda Cervantes (Victor),his grandchildren  Taufa'apu'e "Pu'e" ,Semeli "Paulo", Leilani, Nemaia, Tavita, Marcus, Nicholas, Ethan, Austin, Madelyn, Fred III, Viviana, Christian, Justin, Faith, Kenneth, Eli, Daniel, Esperanza, and 6 great grandchildren.

David E. Trejo, was born to Cosme Trejo Sr, and Martina E. Trejo on January 9, 1965.   David enjoyed sports from a young age, and he attended school in Corpus Christi, TX.. He married Alma Garcia, in 1984, and passed away 2 days prior to their 37th wedding anniversary.  David  worked for the CC Street Department for 20 years, and then went on to pursue his passion in landscaping.

He loved working, fishing, going to flea-markets, and joking.  His greatest joy was his family, plants, and landscaping.

Public visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 5, 2022 at Guardian funeral home chapel ''A" with an Evening Service to be held at 6:30 p.m.  Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, April 6, 2022 at 1:00 p.m at Guardian funeral home chapel with burial to follow in Memory Gardens cemetery 8200 Old Brownsville Rd.
