Cristobal (Cris) Alba passed away unexpectedly on October 15, 2021, at the age of 32. He was
born on October 25, 1988, to Victor Alejandro Alba and Rosalinda Moreno Alejo in Corpus Christi, Texas.
He was a loving son, brother, husband, father, uncle and friend. He will always be remembered for being
an amazing dad, his kindness, love, generosity, and handsome smile.
Cris respectively welcomed his children Noah Eli (July 24,2014) and Chloe (November 18, 2020)
who were the most important part of his life. Being a fun and dependable father was of the utmost
importance to Cris and he certainly did not disappoint when it came to wholeheartedly loving his family.
He was a proud and devoted employee to Scott Electric for the past 7 years, where he worked
as a Journeyman Electrician. He enjoyed barbequing, fishing, hosting family gatherings and late-night
Fortnite games with his son, brother-in-law and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Isidro and Ofelia Alba, his maternal
grandfather Jose A. Moreno, and numerous aunts and uncles.
He is survived by his wife Vanessa, his children Noah and Chloe. His mother Rosalinda (Lupe
Alejo), father Victor Alba (Laura), maternal grandmother Maria Estella Moreno, brothers Enrique
(Crystal), Jorge (Detashia), Jose (Ross), twin sister Crystal Soliz (Joseph), and numerous nieces and
nephews.
Public visitation will begin at 6-8 P.M. Thursday October 28,2021 at Guardian Funeral Home
Chapel A with Evening Services to be held at 7 P.M. Funeral Services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Friday,
October 29, 2021, Guardian Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery at 1:00 p.m.
