Clifton Lee Henry, age 69, passed away peacefully on Sunday, leaving behind family who will forever carry his memory in their hearts.

Born on October 14, 1956, in Wichita Falls, Texas, Clifton grew up alongside his siblings, Beth Snyder, Kim Henry, and Patrick Henry.

Clifton served in the United States Coast Guard for 20+ years, attaining the rank of E-6. During his life, he enjoyed gardening, found joy in life's simple pleasures, and was known for his kind heart, gentle spirit, and caring nature.

One of Clifton's greatest roles in life was being the father of three daughters. The time they shared together remains a cherished part of their lives, and his love for them will always be remembered.

Clifton was preceded in death by his parents, James Patrick Henry and Helen Ruth Henry, and his sister, Beth Snyder.

He is survived by his daughters, Catherine Furman, Dominique Walsh, and Adrienne Henry; his former spouse, Dora Henry; his brothers, Kim Henry and Patrick Henry; six grandchildren; and extended family and friends who will remember him with love.

A memorial service celebrating Clifton's life will be held on July 20, 2026, at Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery in Corpus Christi, Texas, at 2 pm. Family and friends are invited to gather to honor his memory and celebrate his life.

He will be remembered with affection and gratitude by those whose lives he touched. His memory will live on in the hearts of his family and all who knew him.
