Christopher Lee Jonas passed away on February 15, 2019 at the age of 64. He was born in San Antonio, Texas to his parents George and Dorothy Jonas on December 20, 1954.
Christopher devoted his life work to children. As a Doctor of Law he fought to ensure all children, even those with special needs, received the same treatment and respect they deserved. He believed that each of them had a right to the full education system, without reserve. His passion for knowledge and zest for life will live on through his family and friends.
He is survived by his sister Lynn Jonas Tuter of Las Vegas, Nevada.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at 1 p.m. in the Holy Cross Cemetery located at 17501 Nacogdoches Rd, San Antonio, TX 78266.
