Born in Valparaiso, Indiana to Bernard S. Rupp deceased and Helen I (Speer) Rupp who survives. She had one brother Dennis Rupp from Troy, MO, and one sister Deborah Hymers from Corpus Christi TX. Cheryl was a good daughter. As one of Jehovah's Witnesses our family looks forward to see her again in good health with youth and vigor in the resurrection of the dead that Jesus promised at John 5:28, 29 on a paradise earth also promised at Psalm 37:11 and 29.
