Cecilio Gonzales, Jr. AKA Flaco, age 62 passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by his family, Tuesday January 23, 2018 in Corpus Christi, Texas. He was born August 17 1955 to Cecilio & Vicenta Gonzales. He worked at Limerick Apts. for 20+ years & enjoyed hunting in his free time. He is survived by his siblings Mary (Carlos) Soto, Gloria (Ernest) Flores, Victor M. Gonzales, Vicenta Gonzales, Cynthia Gonzales, Sandy Gonzales, and his nephew (an honorary son)Johnny Joe Rodriguez as well as many nieces, nephews & other family members. He is preceded in death by his parents, his nephew Eric Joe Rodriguez.
Public visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. Friday, January 26, 2018 at Guardian funeral home chapel "A" with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, January 27, 2018 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic church, 5830 Williams Dr. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens cemetery.
