Cathy Jean Morgan Peal was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend to many. She left this world on April 15, 2022 at the age of 72.

Cathy was born in Dallas on July 15, 1949 to John Charles Morgan and Jane Powell Morgan. She attended schools in Garland, Tx before moving to Corpus Christi. She attended high school from 1963-1967 at Tuloso Midway where she met the love of her life, Charles L. Peal. She and Charlie started dating at 15 yrs old during high school until they married on December

20, 1969. Cathy was a happy, kind and loving person whose favorite thing in life was spending time with family.

Among those left to cherish her memory are her sister Debbie Morgan Whitmire, husband Charlie, her son Stuart Peal, her daughter Melyssa Liberty, grandsons Daryn, Justin, and Reece. Cathy had many cousins, sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, and was the favorite aunt to many. In addition to her large family, she had countless life long friends. Cathy was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Bob, and her nephew Jacob Morgan.

The family will receive condolences on Saturday, April 23, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. for a Celebration of Life. It will be held at the Guardian Funeral Home at 5922 Crosstown Access Road, Corpus Christi, TX. 78417.
