Carl E. Fisher, 91, passed away May 13, 2019. Beloved and survived by his wife, four children and seven grandchildren. Talented athlete, avid outdoors-man and history buff. He was a Korean War Veteran and was awarded the Purple Heart and Silver Star.
He will be buried at Arlington National Cemetery in Washington, D.C. after a private family memorial.
