Caleb Christopher Pacheco's Obituary
Caleb Christopher Pacheco was a beautiful son, nephew, grandson, cousin and friend. He earned his wings on June 09, 2021, at the age of 25 after a tragic accident. He was born April 08,1996 in San Antonio, Texas to Luis A. Pacheco and Guadalupe Estrada Pacheco.
He attended the following schools: Arlington Heights Christian School, Calallen Middle School and Calallen High School graduating Class of 2014. He attended Texas A&M University in Kingville, Texas and then enlisted in the United States Navy, He service aboard the USS George H W Bush in early 2017 and later assigned to the USS JOHN C STENNIS, both aircraft carriers.
Caleb enjoyed sports he had a desire to one day compete in the Olympics. He was on the Wildcat Varsity Track team at Calallen during his freshman year and all thru his senior year. He was a Wildcat football player and played football in middle school thru high school.
In 2012 he competed in the AAU Junior Olympics in the Long Jump competition. He was on the Wildcat Relay team and also participated in 200 meter dash. His little cousins named him "Flash!" He also played 7 on 7 football. He enjoyed competing and winning.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents Jesse G. Estrada, Lydia A. Estrada, Ester Muniz Pacheco and Antonio Pacheco all of San Antonio Texas. He is survived by his Estrada family and Pacheco family in San Antonio, Texas. Numerous aunts and uncles, and his Nanny Mom (aunt) Catalina A. Estrada of Corpus Christi, and countless friends. He leaves behind his beloved cat, "Pedro" who patiently waits for his return.
Funeral services at Guardian Funeral Home , Visitation June 16,2021 at 930-1130, Memorial Service 1130am Interment to follow at Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery. Pastor Danny Isom officiating.
