Brian John Kelly, 84, passed away October 9, 2014. He was born January 8, 1930 in Invercargill ,New Zealand to Thomas and Mary Kelly. He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Noeline Lillias Kelly, proud father of daughter, Jacqueline Beatrice Kelly,M.D.,J.D., and son-in-law, Robert Duncan, Ph.D, sisters, Carol and Marion of New Zealand. He was educated in New Zealand, a graduate of Otago University. Received M.S. at Western Washington State University, and Ph.D. at the University of Oregon. He was former chairman of the Department of Health, Physical Education and Dance at the University of Texas at El Paso. He will be remembered for his sharp wit and sense of humor.
