Bobby Joe Ybarra, 49 years of age passed away on November 8, 2025.

My son was amazing. God heard my prayer and gave him wings to go home.

"I am gone, release me, you must not fill yourself with tears. Be happy because I'm where I need to be. I lived my life as God intended it to be for he knows the plan he had for me. In life let the memories of me fill your hearts with love and do not grieve for me, for I am Home. Thank you Lord for the life you gave to me."

God saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be; So He put His arms around you and whispered, "Come to me." With tear filled eyes we watched you Suffer and fade away; Although we loved you dearly, we couldn't make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating, Hard working hands at rest. He Only Takes The Best

He is leaving behind his mother, Mrs. Esmeralda Y. Vargas; his brothers Evelino Vargas III and Pedro Ybarra; his children Anastasia Ybarra, Pierson Ybarra, and Saint Peter Ybarra; Jennifer's Children's his nieces and nephews Ashley, Romero and Vicente,   his aunt Darlene Rodriguez and her children Chema Rodriguez, Deborah Rodriguez, Smiley Rodriguez, and Leo Rodriguez; his aunts Hermelinda Ybarra and Martha Rodriguez, along with Martha's children Chastity and Corey; his godmother Olga Herrera and godfather Jonathan Andrew Davis; his uncles Jesse Ybarra Jr., Josue "Lalo" Ybarra, and Agapito Ybarra; his aunt Olga Ybarra; his grandmother Nancy Ybarra; his uncle Manuel Ybarra; his aunts Maria Isabel Ybarra Sanchez and Joanna Ybarra; his great-aunt Mary Gutierrez; and numerous second cousins.

He is preceded in death by his sister Jennifer Ann Ybarra; his grandmother Rosa Trevino; his grandfather Jesse Ybarra; his great-great-grandfather Manuel Ybarra; his great-grandmother Ramona Ybarra; his great-aunt Raphaela Ybarra; his great-uncles Ralph Ybarra and Joe Ybarra; his uncle David Ybarra; his great-aunt Michaela T. Stewart; his great-grandfather Luis Trevino; and his great-grandmother Martina M. Trevino.

Visitation will begin at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 7, 2025 at Guardian funeral home with a Holy rosary to be recited at 6:30 p.m. A Chapel Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, December 8, 2025 at Guardian funeral home chapel. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park cemetery on Comanche St. at 11:30 a.m.
