Billie "Bill" Gene Glasson left this world to be with the Lord on May 14, 2021 at age 92 in his hometown of Corpus Christi, Texas. He was a member of the Kings Crossing Church of Christ.

Bill was born on July 30, 1928 to JD and Teresa Glasson. He is survived by his loving wife Betty Glasson, 1 daughter Katrina Eaton, 2 sons Kenneth Glasson and Keith Glasson, 1 step-daughter Karyn Mendiola (David Mendiola); 7 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren; 2 brothers Bobbie Glasson and Ed Glasson; and many nieces and nephews

Bill served in the United States Army, during the Korean War. He spent his career as a barber and served on the Texas State Barber Board for 6 years.  He spent many years mentoring young barbers and took care of his customers long after they could no longer come to him.   Bill will always be remembered for his passion for golf.  Some of the best times were at the Annual TriFest Golf Tournament.  Bill and Betty spent many enjoyable moments with their friends at the weekly senior dances.

A visitation will be held 3:00 p.m. til 7:00 p.m. on Friday, May 21, 2021 at Guardian Funeral Home 5922 Crosstown, Corpus Christi Texas 78417.
