Beatrice spent over 30 years serving in healthcare as a devoted, caring laboratorian. She was loved by all she encountered, being happiest simply helping and talking to others. She was a gentle soul who loved flowers, and her favorite hobby was gardening. Beatrice also played the flute, and can be remembered playing skillfully in high school and in church. She lived everyday with God in her heart, and was His living example of love, patience and selflessness.

Beatrice is survived by her husband of 34 years Raul Gomez, her children Adriana, Monica, and Isaac Gomez, along with her grandson Vincent Bueno. She is also survived by her siblings Reynaldo, Sylvia, Veronica Guerrero, Martha Garza and her niece Sarina Garza.  Beatrice is preceded in death and has joined her parents Amparo Zamora Guerrero and Juan Castillo Guerrero. She will be forever missed and loved eternally.

Services will be held on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at Guardian Funeral Home, 5922 Crosstown, Corpus Christi, Texas 78417. Visitation will be 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. A rosary (1:30 p.m.) and mass (2:00 p.m.) will be held at Christ the King Catholic Church, 3423 Rojo St, Corpus Christi, Texas 78415. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Memorial Park.
