Arthur Richard Allcock of Corpus Christi, Tx passed away after a courageous battle with a long illness. He was born September 17, 1938 to George and Helen Allcock of Cortland NY. He attended Cortland HS, and graduated in 1956. He joined the US Army in 1958 and served a yearlong combat tour in Vietnam. He retired honorably after 23 years at the rank of Master Sergeant. He married Ginette on Jan 28, 1961 and was married to her for 56 wonderful years. Arthur is preceded in death by his parents, brother: Robert, sisters: Anna, Betty, and Kathy. Arthur is survived by his wife Ginette, sons: Arthur R (Nikki) Allcock of SD, Alan S (Esther) Allcock of TX, brothers: George and Larry Allcock, Seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren.

Interment will take place on November 17, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at the Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery in Corpus Christi.
