Artemio "Joe" De La Cruz passed away on July 30, 2024, at the age of 73.

He was born on September 2, 1950 to his parents Ramiro and Adelina De La Cruz.

Joe was a faithful family man. He was the go-to for anything technical; his thing was to repair anything and everything. He was the best known for his bar-b-que. Family and friends spent many weekends enjoying his steaks, ribs, fajitas and especially brisket! Once you had his bar-b-que you would not find the same anywhere else; his talent was unmatched. His legacy of love will live on for generations to come through the many friends and family he proudly shared life with.

He is joined now in heaven by his parents Ramiro and Adelina De La Cruz; sister Mirta Tapley and nephew James Syler.

Joe leaves behind to cherish his memory; his wife Sylvia; Daughter Cynthia Mora (Tully), Grandson Felix Braydon Mora; Sister Sylvia Syler (John); brother-in-law Roy Tapley, Jr., along with a host of nieces, nephews and cousins whom he loved.

May the joy that Joe brought to your lives always be your compass. As per his request there will be no formal services, we ask that you remember him in your way and celebrate his life forever.
