Amando M. Perez was called home to Our Lord on November 5, 2025, at the age of 91. Amando was born in Santa Cruz, Texas to Albino and Virgina (Martinez) Perez. Amando lived in Corpus Christi but loved his ranch at Cruz Calle and was a very proud farmer.

Amando is preceded in death by his parents, his wife Emilia, and his siblings Roman, Eusebio, Margarita, Trinidad, Narcedalia, Hilda, Albino, Emma, and Horacio.

He is survived by his twin brother Armando; his children Alexander S. Perez, Alicia Perez King (Richard), Debra Perez Ortiz (Raul), his grandchildren Amando Jacob Perez (Alyssa), Raul Ortiz (Adriana), Juan Ortiz, Serena Ortiz, Brittany Marie Salas. Seven grandchildren plus numerous nieces and nephews cherish his memory. There are many joyful and loving memories that his children and grandchildren treasure.

Amando's family will receive condolences at his viewing from 1pm to 2pm on Friday, November 14, 2025 at Guardian Funeral Home 5922 Crosstown Access Rd. Corpus Christi, Tx.
