Amanda (Mandy) Marie Lopez was called to be with the lord on Wednesday, September 29, 2021, at the age of 41.

She was born and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas on March 16, 1980, to her parents Juan Puente Sr. and was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Susan Trevino.

Mandy was a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend. She was very caring and loving towards everyone. She loved to laugh and found humor in all things. She accepted people for who they are. She was not interested in changing anyone, one of her most beautiful traits. She loved football and her team the Titans.

Mandy was foremost a loving and supportive mother to her two daughters Kendall and Natalie who meant the world to her. She also gave the best advice and always listened. Mandy's smile was contagious and always brightened any room. She was a sweet and gentle soul. We were all truly blessed to have her in our lives and life will no longer be the same without her. Beautiful Mandy will be missed but we will always keep her memory alive.

Mandy is survived by her husband Thomas Lopez; daughters Kendall Marie Lopez and Natalie Nicole Lopez; her father, Juan Puente Sr; stepmother, Antonia Puente; brothers, John Puente, and Albert Buentello; sisters Veronica Montoya and Rhonda Trevino. Along with nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.

Public Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday, October 11, 2021 at Guardian Funeral Home Chapel B with an Evening Service at 7:00 p.m.

Funeral Service will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at Guardian Funeral Home Chapel B with the Burial to follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Everyone is welcome to join the family for a reception superseding Memory Gardens at Venture Church, 3401 S. Alameda St.
