Corpus Christi- Amalia Menchaca Jasso (Molly), age 89, passed away peacefully on December 19, 2020.

She was a devout Catholic and loved her faith and she was a wonderful wife, mother, daughter, family member, and friend. She truly loved her hometown of Gregory and she was always ready to help or just listen. She was a leader among women and founder of the East Valley Women's GI Form Chapter in San Jose, CA.

Preceded in death by her loving husband Gilberto Garcia Jasso, her parents Arturo and Guadalupe Menchaca, and sisters Ester Turriviate and Sara Burgess.

Survived by her three loving daughters: Veronica Jasso Solano (Thomas), Velda Lovato, Jacqueline Balderas (David); grandchildren: Ross, Roman, Vanessa, Natalie, Michelle, Rene Jr., David, Joseph, and Olivia; and great grandchildren: Xavier, Illiana, Mia, Aneesa, King, and Rose.

She will be missed by all our family and friends.

Public Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday, December 26, 2020 at Guardian Funeral Home with a Chapel Service to be held at 11:30 a.m. that morning; Burial will follow in the Gregory Cemetery.
