Alicia S. Jasso, a loving sister, aunt, friend to many passed away after a long illness on November 20, 2022 , with family at her bedside.

Alicia was born in Corpus Christi to Delfina and Eusebio Jasso. She was born in a house full of siblings, four sisters, and five brothers. She was a proud graduate of Roy Miller High School and then went on to attend Del Mar College. From Del Mar College, she pursued her lifelong career at Memorial Medical Center. She loved her job and worked for over 40 years until her retirement. Alicia loved to sing. Alicia was a proud member of the Corpus Christi Cathedral choir. She was a member of the choir for over 45 years. She built many friendships and life-long relationships with members of the choir. Her proudest moment in the choir was having the opportunity to perform with the choir for Pope John Paul at the Vatican. Alicia spent most of her time babysitting or being a mom to many nephews and nieces. Her joy was to attend many of their sporting events.

Alicia was pre-deceased by her parents Delfina and Eusebio Jasso, and sisters Lydia Pena, Diana Jasso, and Graciela Gonzalez .

She is survived by Eusebio Jasso, (Linda †), Arnold Jasso (Alicia), Luis Jasso (Linda), Eva Gonzalez (David) , Steve Jasso (Betty), and Robert Jasso (Celeste), plus numerous nephews and nieces.

Services will be held at Guardian Funeral Home with the rosary at 6:30 p.m . on Wednesday, November 30 th and Church services will be at 10:00 a.m . on Thursday, December 1, 2022 , at Holy Family Catholic Church, 2509 Nogales St. Burial will be at Rose Hill Cemetery immediately following church services.
