Our beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, Alicia Esther Galvan went to be with our Lord and Savior on the morning of July 27, 2024 while surrounded by family .

She was born to Zenon and Esther Galvan on September 7, 1965 in Marysville, California. After moving to Corpus Christi, Texas where she lived most of her young life, she went on to have 5 children. She then moved to San Antonio, Tx where she would spend the last 5 years of her life with family.

Alicia loved spending time with family, enjoyed thrift shopping, appreciated music, delighted in attending church service and made friends easily wherever she went. Her infectious smile and warmth will be dearly missed.

She is preceded in death by her father, Zenon Galvan, her mother Esther Galvan and brother, Zenon Galvan Jr.

Alicia is survived by her siblings; Elizabeth Cruz of Corpus Christi, Tx, Ruth Saenz of Olivehurst, California, Aaron Galvan of Yuba City, California, Diana Rodriguez of San Antonio, Tx; her children; Elaine Castillo of San Antonio, Tx, George Galvan of Arlington, Tx,  Juan Galvan of Alice, Tx, and twins, Toni and Tiffany of Littleton, Colorado; 13 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren as well as many nephews and nieces.

A public visitation is scheduled for 5 pm on Friday,  August 9th, 2024 at Guardian Funeral Home located at 5922 Crosstown Access Rd, Corpus Christi, Tx 78417. Services will be held at 6:30 p.m.
