Obituary
He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Luis and Alicia Ruiz; maternal grandparents Antonio and Elva Salazar; father Alfredo Ruiz; and brother Martin Ruiz.
Fred leaves behind to cherish his memories, his loving mother Guadalupe S. Ramos; step-father Ray Ramos; sister Araceli Ruiz Montoya; step-brothers: Raymond Ramos and Richard Ramos, step-sisters: Vicki Ramos Richards and Linda Ramos Rodriguez; an uncle Luis Ruiz, Jr. (Rosie); Other members of the family: Vietnam Lu, Wicho, Bert, Marisol, Marielisa, Maribel, Samantha Lorraine, Ysariana, Yazmine, Ismael, several aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Fred will be deeply missed by all those fortunate enough to have known him. He will be remembered for his love of music, and his love for the guitar!
Visitation will begin Monday, January 15, at 11am with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 12pm at Guardian Funeral Home, with the burial to follow at Seaside Memorial Park at 1pm.
