In Loving Memory Of
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Alfonso Rojas III, who went to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on January 11, 2026. Alfonso Ill was born on April 24, 1965 in Corpus Christi, Texas. He led his life full of love, loyalty, compassion, and unwavering dedication to his family. He lived his life with passion and joy, leaving a legacy that will continue to inspire all who knew him.
Preceded in Death by
Al was the beloved son of Alfonso Rojas Jr. and Lydia Figueroa Rojas, who preceded him in death, along with his grandparents Isaac and Mary Figueroa and Alfonso and Altagracia Rojas Sr. He also mourned the loss of his best friend Jaime Garcia.
Surviving Family
Al is survived by his wife, Rebecca Rojas and five children, Aliya Rojas, Nico Martinez, Isaac Rojas, Alianna Rojas, and Isaiah Rojas, who he loved and treasured each deeply. Al also leaves behind his younger sisters, Lisa Ann Rojas and JoAnn Rojas along with his nieces, Cierra, Alexis, Mia and Aria and nephews, Xavier and Kai.
Early Life
Throughout his life he devoted himself to the automotive industry where he took emense pride in assisting others in the Corpus Christi and surrounding areas for over 40 years.
His career was not just a job, but it was his passion. Al's unwavering commitment to helping others exemplified his selfless nature and his desire to touch the lives of those around him.
Personal life and Interest
Al was a member of New Life Church, where he attended and made sure to keep his family Christ centered. He was a man of strong faith who loved Jesus with all his heart. Outside of church and work, he enjoyed a nice day at Oso or Lozano golf course or hanging out poolside with his family. He enjoyed hosting Saturday College Football games and Sunday Funday BBQs with Ike's best friends. He was a lifetime Dallas Cowboys, Houston Astros, and San Antonio Spurs fanatic and enjoyed a live game any opportunity given. Al loved creating new memories filled with love, laughter and togetherness with his family.
Final days and Legacy
Al was rich in love from those closest to him. Those who knew him will remember him by his love and devotion to his family and loyalty to his friends. He had a special gift for making others laugh and smile, leaving a lasting impact on all who crossed his path.
Although Al is no longer with us in the flesh, his spirit will continue to inspire and motivate us. May his memory be a blessing to all that he knew, and we carry forth his legacy of love and compassion in all that we do.
Service Info
Celebration of Life will be held at New Life Church on Saturday, January 24th from 11-12:30. Family will be hosting a reception immediately after at The Vessel which is located at 3409 Waldron Rd. CC, TX 78418.
