Albert Martinez, aged 58, departed this world on July 21, 2026. A proud alumnus of Miller High School, he excelled as the starting quarterback and earned a place in the Hall of Fame, leaving behind a legacy of dedication and passion.

A public visitation will commence at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at Guardian Funeral Home Chapel, where a Holy Rosary will be recited at 6:30 p.m. The following day, a Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 31, 2026, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church on Comanche Street. All services will conclude with the Mass. The Martinez family kindly requests the presence of friends and relatives at the church on Friday to join them in honoring Albert's memory.
