IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Alberto De
Leon
January 17, 1966 – February 18, 2022
Alberto DeLeon, 56, born January 17, 1966, was called unexpectedly, to be with our Heavenly Lord on February 18, 2022. He graduated from Foy H. Moody High School then worked his first job at Kroger's. He then started his great adventure in life by moving to the 4 th largest city in the US, Houston, with his oldest brother, Bobby, to continue working for Kroger's for a total of 20 years. However, his heart belonged to Corpus Christi and returned home after 25 years. While in Houston, his pride and joy was born. He nicknamed, Albee, who also moved to Corpus Christi. Alberto was a great father and grandfather. He was a die-hard Cowboy fan all his life. He loved Country Western and Tejano music, and music from his favorite singer, Selena. He was a very thoughtful, kind-hearted, gentle-natured person. After a long week of work, he would relax at home or spend time with family. He was a hard worker, but also enjoyed spending time with customers. His customers looked forward to seeing and chatting with him. He had a contagious smile and was always willing to lend a helping hand. He has left a void in our lives and will be missed dearly.
Alberto is preceded in death by his mother, Bellanira DeLeon. He is survived by his loving family left to mourn his loss: Son, Albee De Leon, Father, Baltazar DeLeon, Jr.; three brothers, Bobby DeLeon, Brent (Sandy) DeLeon, Baltazar DeLeon III; 2 nephews, and 2 grandchildren.
