It is with great sadness and a heavy heart, to share, the unexpected passing of Abraham Chavez.

He is survived by his mother Catalina Chavez who he shared a home with for years and older sister Julia DeLaGarza who resides in Cypress, Tx with her family.

Abraham loved to play basketball and anyone that knew him knew his great big heart and bright smile. Abraham always tried to be as involved as he could with his niece and nephew, always super supportive of any activity they joined.

Abraham also leaves behind a great big loving family and amazing friends he considered family. We are confident that Abraham was greeted with open arms by his maternal grandmother, brother Arnold, & father Arnoldo in heaven. Thank you to everyone that has helped the family at this time of loss and grief.

A Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 25th from 4-8pm with the Holy Rosary to be recited at 6:30pm . Visitation will resume on Friday, January 26th at 9am and the Funeral Procession will depart Guardian at 10:30am for an 11am Funeral Mass at SS Cyril Methodius Catholic Church.
