Obituary

On January 28, 2022, Abel B Espinoza passed away at the age of 94 years old
He was preceded in death by his parents Luis and Virginia Espinoza three brothers Wally Espinoza, Esikel (Kelly) Espinoza and Ovidio Espinoza
Abel leaves behind to cheris his memory his wife of 62 years Maria their 4 children Luisa Espinoza, Edna Navarro (Mario), Jose (possum) Espinoza, Gilberto (Elma) Espinoza
Two granddaughters Venessa Navarro (Rene Pena) and Veronica (Corey) Gray, three great- grandchildren Christian, Emily, and Alex Pena all from Robstown Tx. Two sisters
Aurora Villarreal and Lilly Tice, two brothers Jimmy Espinoza, Jose (Paula) Espinoza from San Benito Tx, numerous nieces and nephews .
Abel was born in La Paloma, Tx, on September 24, 1927.  He served in the United States Army World War II
He retired in 1989 from Texas Highway Department and Transportation Corpus Christi Office
During his retirement he enjoyed spending time taking vacations with his family.
The family wishes to acknowledge and thank Drs Regional Hospital ER staff for all their care and support during his time of need. Pallative Care and Home Care Demenision Nurse's who took excellent care of our Dad and Wellmed Doctor Cain
There will be a visitation on Tuesday February 1, 2022 at Guardian Funeral home at 9am-1pm.  A Chapel service will be held at 12:15 pm and the burial will follow at Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery at 2pm. Everyone who wishes to attend we asked that you please wear a mask. There will be live streaming for those who are unable to attend. With COVID affecting so many we will not have a gathering after the burial.
